By participating, you confirm you are in good health and have no medical conditions that could be adversely affected by extreme temperature changes. These experiences are not suitable for those with pre-existing conditions such as heart disease, a history of seizures, high or low blood pressure, or respiratory problems. If you are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or have any other health concerns, please seek medical advice beforehand before using our service .
Assumption of Risk
You assume all risks associated with using our facilities. This includes (but not limited to ) risks like dehydration, overheating, cold exposure, slips, falls, or any other injury.

Customer Responsibility
You agree to follow all staff instructions and safety guidelines. If you feel unwell or uncomfortable at any time, you will immediately notify a staff member.
