We know that leaving an item behind can be stressful, and we want to help you get it back. Here’s how we handle items left at The Hot NEST Sauna.

How We Handle Lost Items

 If you think you’ve lost something, please contact us right away with a description of the item and when you visited. Our staff collects all lost items at the end of each day.

Holding Periods

We hold items for a specific amount of time before they are donated or discarded. For hygiene reasons, any wet clothing will be discarded at the end of the day. Items like jewelry, watches, and electronics will be held for up to 7 days.

Claiming Your Item

 Get in touch with us by phone or email. Be ready to give a clear description of the item. We may ask you to verify ownership if needed.
